The Best Video Conferencing Software for 2021
Online meetings are as good as the software in which they are held, but with so many options on the market, it can be hard to know which one is best for you. Here are four of the best meeting tools available, and always remember that if you have doubts about multiple programs, you can and should ask for a free trial.
Adobe Connect Pro
Adobe is a well-known company that introduced Photoshop, a standard photo and image processing app. Connect Pro is one of Adobe’s little-known products, but it’s a good choice when it comes to online meetings.
It’s not for a beginner, though. Although it has a beautiful interface, it can be difficult to use because of the large number of features and the fact that it takes some time to get to know them.
Users can create surveys, access meetings from their iPhone or iPod Touch, hold video conferences, and easily share different content. In fact, it’s one of the most multifunctional tools available. For example, it allows you to use multiple conference rooms that can be specified differently but share content. In addition, this software is useful for large meetings, as it can accommodate up to 200 people.
Adobe does not publish the price of its Connect Pro version, which may vary depending on the licensing model it chooses.
Going to a meeting
GoToMeeting is now part of LogMeIn and is an online meeting program, especially useful for small companies. It supports meetings of up to 15 people and allows you to record meetings, share screens and communication between participants. In its corporate version, the meeting can have up to 25 people.
GoToMeeting is intuitive and extremely easy to use, so it takes a little time to get to know the program’s capabilities and capabilities. One drawback is that participants must download the client before the meeting to have access to all the software features. This may take some time, delaying the meeting if the participants are not prepared in advance.
Skype for business
Microsoft acquired Skype and discontinued its own Microsoft Office Live Meeting web conference software. Skype for Business is a software for business meetings. Skype is perhaps one of the most famous online tools for meetings. Its functionality extends from the main meetings up to the web conferences and even online activities. For example, unlike GoToMeeting, joining a meeting is quick and easy.
The software is linked to the Microsoft Office 365 office software package and supports meetings of up to 250 users. While the software is designed for smaller companies, it looks like a corporate tool because its more complex features require a dedicated server (and the expensive licensing that goes with it).
WebEx Convention Center
WebEx is a common name given to Cisco’s extensive set of online conference Software, which is designed for small conferences and large conferences. Meeting Center is a popular part of this range of products and works together at its core.
What sets this Software apart from its competitors is the ability of organizers and participants to simultaneously store meeting-related content on their screens, as well as to size it or move at will.
The tool is also integrated with Outlook, so it’s easy to start a meeting or send invitations straight from the program. It’s a relatively easy-to-use tool, although it does require some user training to make the most of its functionality.
