this article is about Ulta Returns and Refunds. ULTA is allowing product return which doesn’t meet customer satisfaction. This can be made possible by posting back the item to Ulta.com Return Center, or a local ULTA store. For a full refund, the customer shall return the product within 60 days from the date of purchase. Any item returned after the 60 day’s limit shall be refunded as an eGift or ULTA Gift Card. Any free product or gift received along with the main product shall also be return in order to get a full refund. There is no refund for original shipping charges, however in case of an error by ULTA or a defective product the shipping fees would be refunded. Also, the products email confirmation, with all original packing and slip must also be sent back while returning the product.

 

With every ULTA order, a return label is attached which must be applied on the outer side of the shipping box. Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) items such as hairspray or nail polish which are flammable must be ground shipped only. Once ULTA has received and processed your item the refunds will be issued within 30 days.

 

If the purchased item is not satisfying you then you can return it for a refund or store credit. Make sure that the return product must contain all original components and receipt.

 

Returns for Refund

If the product is return within 60 days from the date of purchase then a full refund is made. Products which included a free gift or a bonus product must also be returned for full refund.

 

Returns for Store Credit

If the item is returned after 60 days period then a store credit will be given instead of a full refund. This also applies for the returns of Club at ULTA Reward items, items which are returned without free product, as well as gift items if they are returned together with Gift Receipt.
