This article is about TJ Maxx Returns and Refunds. TJ Maxx allows their customers to return / exchange merchandise with in 30 days from the date of purchase including receipt. If the item was purchased through a cheque, 10 days waiting period is required. A store credit will be issued if returns are made after 30 days period or without a receipt. For items which are returned with a gift receipt store credit will be issued or will be exchanged.

TJ Maxx will not accept returning items which are used and products such as swimwear and intimate apparel should have their price tags attached. Jewelry shall be returned at the Jewelry counter of TJ Maxx store that have said product. Other restrictions may apply.

In order to control fraudulent activity throughout retail store, TJ Maxx has the right to limit or reject returns on their refund verification system bases. Return which do not include receipt, shall bring along their contact information with photo ID and signature shall be required for all returns without receipt (or gift receipt). Also, customer signature is necessary with returns with include receipt. Also, to make your returns more efficient it’s better to keep receipt with you.
