This article is about Nike Returns and Refunds . Nike’s return policy allows products to be returned within 30 days of the purchase. After the defined period, shoes and clothing may only be returned if they are not worn and washed. Nike devices may also be returned within 30 days. After 30 days they are acceptable to return in unopened packaging.
Any item which the customer believed is has a manufacturing error is accepted by the company to be returned. If the item is defected, it can be returned for up to 2 years from the date of its original manufacturing. There is a tag on the clothing or shoe which has manufacturing date of the item.
If the item is returned without this tag, the company will have to research the product for its manufacturing date. Apple devices also has an option to be returned within 90 days of original shipment date. However, these devices should be in unopened packaging.
Gift cards by Nike may not be returned. Once purchased, they also may not be cancelled.
Once the return is made, within one or two cycles refund will show up on a credit card billing statement.
